How we do it

Awards Procedure

Investigations

We initiate the process by conducting thorough preliminary research and scrutinizing nominations in accordance with different categories and criteria. Leveraging our extensive network of experts and resources, we conduct background checks to verify the credibility and authenticity of the nominees. Our commitment to maintaining a fair, righteous, and ethical nomination process is paramount.

Selection

The second stage involves the critical process of selecting candidates from the pool of nominees, narrowing down the choices for each award category. Members of the awards committee meticulously assess each nominee's candidature based on relevancy, experience, and any other noteworthy materials shared in the application form.

Appraisal

At this stage, a comprehensive evaluation takes place, wherein each applicant's performance and qualifications are thoroughly reviewed in comparison to other nominees. Our carefully selected metrics serve as the basis for assessing and re-evaluating the candidates in various discussions. Through this robust appraisal process, we identify the most deserving recipients for each award category.
